This holiday season, Shrewsbury Prison invites you to an unforgettable experience at Shrewsbury Winter Wonderland, where festive magic comes to life! With activities for the whole family, this is an enhancing event you’ll want to serve time for.

Join us on Saturday 7th or Sunday 8th December to explore The Jolly Christmas Market set against the unique backdrop of this iconic prison. Enjoy live performances on The Yuletide Stage and indulge in seasonal delights at The Christmas Feast. From capturing memorable moments in our Giant Snow Globe Experience to toasting the season at The Winter Spirits Bar, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Families will love playing in the Santa’s Little Helpers Zone, crafting in The Christmas Craft Cabin and writing letters to Santa at The North Pole Post Office. But that’s not all! Admire over 20 beautifully decorated trees at The Festival of Trees and listen to captivating Tales by the Fireside. This magical event will bring Christmas to life.

Tickets are just £10 per adult and £5 per child. Our annual pass holders and under 5’s can attend for FREE. Plus, members of selected attractions can enjoy Shrewsbury Winter Wonderland for just £5 per person. The excitement doesn’t end there! Purchase an annual pass before 31st December for just £19.50 and enjoy entry to Shrewsbury Winter Wonderland as well as unlimited Self-Guided Tours at Shrewsbury Prison and Shepton Mallet Prison for a whole year!
