The space
Step inside to a warm and inviting open-plan sitting and dining area, complete with a super-sized log burner and a supply of logs, ideal for cosy, lazy days or snug evenings in.
The spacious country kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to rustle up a treat.
Upstairs, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms:
2 double rooms for restful nights, and a more compact room with a bunk bed to sleep 2 children only – we request no more than 4 adults at the cottage please.
The family bathroom features a shower over the bath, offering a relaxing place to unwind after a day of exploring.
Please note that there is roadside parking in front of the cottage for 2 small-to-medium sized cars only or 1 medium sized van only. The road is narrow so guests should be aware not to block the road for passing traffic. Thank you.
Outdoor Paradise
This cottage is idyllic if you are the outdoor-loving type!
Enjoy the tranquility of the surrounding Shropshire countryside with scenic walks right on your doorstep. Wart Hill or Hopesay Hill are close by.
The Stunning Carding Mill Valley, The Long Mynd, The Lawley (Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty) are 20 minutes drive away.
Further afield are the the Stiperstones National Nature Reserve. If you like your views, this is the place for walkers and ramblers.
Location
The cottage is located just 3 miles from Craven Arms and 12 to the historic town of Ludlow (one of the Gastronomic capitals of the UK). You will have close access to local shops, cafes, and restaurants galore.
The highly-rated Kangaroo Inn, in Aston on Clun is 4 minutes drive or a 25 minute enjoyable stroll down the lanes. Welcoming, with great food and dog-friendly.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole of the cottage, front and rear garden areas.
Parking is for 2 medium sized cars only outside the front of the cottage on the roadside next to the railings. No vans or motorhomes will be permitted as these will block the country road past the cottage.
Other things to note
Guests are most welcome to bring their trained and well-behaved 4-legged friends for downstairs only please and not on furniture.
As our cottage is relatively compact, we suggest a maximum of 2 small to medium-sized dogs, per visit please.
The fee is ÂŁ20 per pet, per stay, which contributes to an extended deeper clean – our commitment to cleanliness for the next guest.
Please be aware that guests need to remove their shoes when going upstairs please, we have new carpet fitted.
Our property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone. The linen and the towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced.
