On the ground floor, off the hall the has a sofa which seats three people comfortably. Together with a bucket chair, tv and access to books etc, the lounge is a cosy room for guests to relax in. Our TV includes Roku, giving you access to all streaming channels.
The second door off the hallway opens into a spacious, open plan kitchen/diner. With a breakfast bar that seats two people and a table that seats 4-6, there’s plenty of room for eating and entertaining. Double oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and cupboard space support this.

Our stairs are reasonable steep and do have a handrail.

The double bed in the rear bedroom is a generously sized double with a firm mattress, compared with a memory foam mattress in the front room. Both bedrooms provide ample storage space with large fitted wardrobes and separate drawer space.
An open gallery landing leads also to the bathroom with bath, overhead electric shower, WC and washbasin.
