With at least 14 days notice before your stay, we can, on request split
each zip-link Super-king bed into 2 singles, making this a house for 14
friends, colleagues or family members wishing to have privacy.

Guests will have access to the whole property including the sauna and indoor heated swimming pool.

The property is located on the A49, the main road A-road from Chester to Shrewsbury. You will hear some road noise but the windows are triple glazed and substantially soundproofed.

We cannot allow access via the front door which is only to be used in emergency situations – fire / flood.

Sorry, but this property is not pet friendly

We wanted to let you know that we have two cots and two high chairs available at the property. If you would like to make use of them during your stay, please let us know in advance, and we’ll be happy to ensure they are ready for you.

We are property managers of Saracens, and we live in the village. The hosts will be using the property throughout the year.

We ask guests to keep noise to an acceptable level and to consider the neighbouring community. And in booking the property, guests agree to keep the property in a good condition at all times.

Our property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone. The linen and the towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced.
