The space
As you enter you will notice the lovingly restored property, take a look at the album which shows the before and after photographs to see how much care and attention has gone into the refurbishment!
The property has a superb WIFI system which is inbuilt and a super fast speed of 450
On the ground floor of our cottage, you will find a warm, inviting lounge that features a brick fireplace with a log-burning stove. It’s the ideal spot to curl up on an evening, made easier by the large sofas!
The kitchen is well equipped and features a range cooker so you should feel well at home and able to cook your favourite meals. We have designed the kitchen to be modern and hopefully has all of the amenities that you could require during your stay. There is a washer-dryer, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and other large appliances that you would expect to find.
The dining table is one of my favourite spaces, a great place to relax and wind down with friends or family on an evening and enjoy a home cooked meal. Appreciate the owners Artwork and original furniture that has been recycled to a great standard
There is also the convenience of a downstairs WC
Moving upstairs you will find the rustic charm that is the wooden beams, these are visible throughout upstairs and help remind you of the history of the building, a lovely feature.
There are four bedrooms, the master features a super king bed and ample storage for your belongings. It is a large space with delightfully high ceilings. It has its own Ensuite with extra large shower
There is a queen size bedroom, again the high ceiling and beams continue and a single bedroom opposite.
The final bedroom has a dedicated workspace and the single bed is elevated with storage underneath, which most people find great fun but please refer to the pictures as they demonstrate the set up well.
One bathroom has a bathtub so relax and enjoy a soak!
Fresh white bed linen and towels are provided (One Bath Sheet and One Hand Towel per person) all hotel quality and hotel-style toiletries are provided as well as a complimentary tea/coffee pack and Dishwashing/detergent packs, toilet roll, kitchen roll, etc.. which will last a couple of days. If you want to do some shopping there are plenty of local shops and supermarkets within a 2-10 minute drive
Guests can use the outdoor space, this is private and fantastic when the sun is shining!
