The space
The property is nestled in a tranquil row of cottages with separate front access through a lovely bespoke oak door.
From here, you can explore the whole of Ludlow with a staggering 14 pubs within easy walking distance.
As you enter the house, you are greeted by a spacious and welcoming front room with wood flooring, a cosy 3-seater and 2-seater sofa plus armchair, a lovely stove-effect gas fire, smart TV with Freesat and fast WiFi. The decoration is tasteful and stylish, complemented by quality furniture to make you feel at home.
Just one step down into the heart of the house, the light and inviting kitchen with painted beams, fully equipped with everything you need for a short break or a long stay.
Gather around the large dining table and share your experiences of the day.
Upstairs, and through beautiful bespoke oak doors are two spacious and airy double bedrooms with super comfortable mattresses, pillows and duvets to recharge for the next day. There is ample storage space in each one, and a hairdryer in bedroom 1.
The front bedroom has a beautiful vaulted ceiling with original beams and views over the front the the house.
The rear bedroom has three steps down and has views over the garden.
Do note that the main staircase may pose a challenge, only for guests with impaired mobility.
The large bathroom features a walk-in, double-sized floor level shower cubicle with an elegant rainfall shower head, bath, WC and sink.
There is also an outside toilet in the passageway next to the house which also contains the boiler. Please be advised that it does not have a sink, but it is available for your convenience if required. This can be accessed from the kitchen rear door.
The rear garden has been remodelled and landscaped with Indian Sandstone paving between oak sleeper beds featuring flowers and shrubs to complement.

This covers you for the ‘Red Zone’ in Ludlow, covering Bell Lane, Brand Lane, Broad Street, Bull Ring, Camp Lane, Castle Square, Castle Street, Church Street, College Street, Corve Street, Dinham, Fish Street, Harp Lane, High Street, King Street, Lower Broad Street, Lower Mill Street, Lower Raven Lane, Market Street, Mill Street, Old Street, Pepper Lane, Quality Square, Raven Lane, Silkmill Lane, St. John’s Road, Tower Street.
We have one permit available and your vehicle registration number, make and model will be required.

Guest access
Guests will have the use of the whole house and outside space to the rear of the house. The garden room at the very end of the garden and the 3rd bedroom will be locked and used by the hosts for storage.
Just a quick note: the house is a Victorian property with steep stairs, which might not be ideal for individuals with mobility issues.
