Puddle Duck Cottage (sleeps 6) 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms

Duckling Cottage (sleeps 4) 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms

Our cottages are deceptively spacious and beautifully presented, and they both have their own private drive with free parking and private secure gardens, offering guests a truly home from home holiday experience, in a tranquil and peaceful location next to the River Severn at Jackfield.

The cottages are located along the Wrekin Way footpath, providing our guests with direct access to traffic free scenic walks and cycle trails to enjoy during their stay.

There’s a great choice of places for guests to enjoy a bite to eat and drink, whether that be fine dining at a local restaurant, coffee, and homemade cake at one of the cafés or the perfect pint with a pub lunch at the many local hostelries which are all only a short walk away.

The picturesque centre of Ironbridge is just over a mile away with its lovely independent shops and is easily accessible on foot along the Severn Valley Way.

Discounted stays available for less than six guests staying in Puddle Duck Cottage, contact us for more information or visit our website.

"🏰✨ Dive into the heart of Shrewsbury's Castle Quarter – the epicenter of history and grandeur! 🏰 Home to four of the town's largest historic treasures – Shrewsbury Castle, Library, Prison, and Train Station.

Did you know Shrewsbury Castle's foundations were laid in 1083 by the 1st Earl of Shrewsbury, Roger de Montgomery?
Montgomery, a cousin of William the Conqueror, earned this castle and more as a thank-you for his aid during the Norman conquest.

From royal stronghold to a 16th-century transformation, Shrewsbury Castle has quite the story. Now, it stands majestically, housing the Shropshire Regimental Museum. 👑🏰 Ready to step into the pages of history?
