The multi-award-winning Ginger & Spice Festival returns to Market Drayton during British Food Fortnight, celebrating the town’s rich culinary heritage and historic links to gingerbread. Enjoy a bustling Spicy Artisan Market featuring local food, drink, and crafts—many with a ginger or spicy twist—alongside delicious street food, live cookery demos, cultural performances, local ales, heritage trails, and live music. This year also introduces an exciting festival parade, hands-on workshops, and engaging fringe events. Free for the whole community (with some ticketed fringe activities), this vibrant festival is a must for food lovers, families, and culture seekers!
